The top scorer from Wisconsin competing in the State/Regional Championship and declared Wisconsin State Champion will be considered for the $1000.00 scholarship. The $500.00 scholarship will go to the top scorer of the opposite category (Sporter or Precision). No two scholarships will go to the same person.
